How long before we see results?

SEO and AEO take time. Most of our clients start seeing meaningful rankings and traffic between months 4 and 8. What you'll see from month one is a consistent content operation running without your involvement: briefs, interviews, published pieces, performance reports. The compounding happens over time, which is why we recommend staying the course.

Can we customize what's included in a package?

The packages are designed as complete content operations, so we don't remove deliverables. But if certain formats don't fit your situation — say, you handle LinkedIn in-house — we'll redirect that capacity toward something that drives more value for you.

Do we need to do positioning first?

Not necessarily, but if your messaging isn't clear, the content will reflect that. Positioning is a separate one-time project we offer before the monthly program. If you're unsure whether you need it, we'll tell you honestly on the first call.

What does "ongoing full-service support" mean?

It means you have one point of contact, a team that knows your business, and no back-and-forth about scope. Interview scheduling, brief writing, editing, revisions, publishing guidance — we handle it. You review and approve. That's it.

What do you need from us?

Access to your analytics (GA4, Clarity, Salespanel, etc.), shared Slack channel, and subject matter experts for occasional interviews. Everything else is on us.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Visibility package has no minimum, you can start when you're ready. Growth and Authority packages require a 3-month minimum, because that's the realistic window to build momentum and show what the program can do.
